For a long time, I questioned myself more than I listened

I looked outward for confirmation. For reassurance. For signs that I was doing the right thing.

Somewhere along the way, I stopped trusting the quiet voice inside me ... the one that already knew.

Lately, I’ve been learning how to listen again. Not loudly. Not dramatically. Just honestly.

Trusting myself doesn’t mean I never feel unsure.

It means I pause before doubting myself. It means I give my instincts room to speak before I silence them.

There’s a calm that comes with this kind of trust. A steadiness. A sense of grounding I didn’t know I was missing.

I’m not asking for permission anymore. I’m paying attention.

    And that feels like progress.
