There are changes happening inside me that I don't know how to explain yet.
Not the kind that come with a moment you can point to. Not the kind that make for good stories. Just quiet, steady rearranging.
I notice it in small ways. The things that used to bother me don't land the same. The conversations I would have replayed for days now pass through me gently. The need to be understood by everyone has softened into something more honest.. a need to understand myself.
I used to think growth had to be visible to count. That if no one noticed, maybe it wasn't real. But I'm learning that the most meaningful shifts are the ones that happen between you and yourself. No audience required.
Something in me has changed. I can't fully name it. But I feel it in how I move, how I respond, how I let things be without needing to control what comes next.
Maybe not every transformation needs a title. Maybe some of the most important ones happen so quietly that even you don't notice until you look back and realize.. you're not the same person who started this year.
And that's not something I need to announce. It's something I get to carry.
Quietly. Gently. Mine.
